Affiliate program terms

1. The program in one paragraph

Share your link. When someone signs up through it and pays, you earn 20% of every payment they make — subscription payments and credit packs alike — for as long as they keep paying. Commissions clear after a 30-day refund hold and are paid out monthly once your balance reaches $50.00.

2. Joining and staying in the program

• Apply from Settings → Affiliate program in your Sunel account. Applications are reviewed by hand; we may decline or ask questions without giving a reason.
• You must be at least 18 and able to receive payments via the method we support (currently PayPal).
• One affiliate account per person or company. We may set an individual commission rate for you; the rate shown in your dashboard is the one that applies to new commissions.

3. How referrals are attributed

• Your link drops a first-party cookie that lasts 60 days. A visitor who creates an account within that window, or who types your code on the signup form, is attributed to you.
• First touch wins. If another affiliate's cookie is already present, the earlier referral stands. Attribution is fixed at signup and is never reassigned.
• Self-referrals are void, including accounts you control, accounts created for you, and accounts of your own company.

4. Commissions

• Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, after any discount and before payment processing fees, on: subscription payments (monthly or annual, including renewals and plan-switch charges) and one-time credit packs.
• No commission is paid on the trial fee, on automatic credit top-ups made with a saved card counted more than once, on manual credit adjustments, or on any payment that is later refunded.
• Your rate applies to commissions created after any change to it — rate changes are never retroactive.

5. Holds, reversals and payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks. If the underlying payment is refunded or disputed during the hold, the commission is cancelled; if it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
• Payouts are made monthly by our team once your cleared balance reaches $50.00, to the payout details in your dashboard. Balances below the minimum roll forward.
• We may withhold payouts while investigating suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

6. Promotion rules

• No paid search or social ads on the “Sunel” name or misspellings of it, and no domains containing it.
• No coupon or deal-site listings, cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, spam, or misleading claims about the product.
• Describe Sunel honestly: it drafts marketing work for you to review; it does not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship where the law or a platform requires it.

7. Taxes and independence

You take part as an independent party, not as our employee or agent. Commissions are paid gross; you are responsible for any taxes due on them and for providing any tax documentation we are required to collect before paying you.

8. Changes and termination

We may change rates, holds and rules with notice in your dashboard or by email; changes apply to commissions created after they take effect. We may suspend or end your participation for a breach of these terms, and either side may end it at any time. Cleared, unpaid commissions earned in good faith are still paid out at the next payout run.
